We are sure that many of you have had to organize an event at some point in your life: an anniversary, a party, a special celebration, or simply a group meal. Surely, at some point, you’ve felt lost thinking, “I don’t even know where to start.” And if you haven’t been in that situation, you’ve probably attended concerts, fairs, parties, or other events and wondered how all of that comes together.

Allow me to introduce myself: I am the CEO of EventstuR, and it’s a pleasure to share how everything went from a story to a reality.

Above all, we identify as people who have always been fascinated by the world of events. We love how every detail, every smile, and every corner created can turn a moment into an unforgettable memory. We have worked for years in this sector, collaborating with big names like the Jubany family, Fira Barcelona, as well as organizing personal events such as graduations, anniversaries, and gender reveals.

But in addition to our passion for events, we also have training in business and strategy, which has allowed us to deeply analyze how we can improve the experience of organizing an event.

With every event we organized, we noticed there were many difficulties that complicated the process, from finding the right provider to coordinating all the details to make everything fit together.

It was then that the motivation to create this startup was born: a space where you can manage every aspect of an event from a single portal, easily, practically, and with customization.

Moreover, our personal experience has significantly influenced the vision of this platform. We haven’t always had big resources, and we understand how difficult it can be to organize a great event with a tight budget. That’s why we wanted this tool to not only be useful for event organizers but also for service-providing companies. We wanted to give them the opportunity to showcase their services with innovative tools, leveling the playing field for everyone. This way, we ensure that more people can access a wide range of options in the market and that everyone has the same opportunity to stand out.

The idea also aims to help digitize the sector and, in doing so, contribute to the growth of the Catalonia region, an area that has seen significant growth in the events sector in recent years.

We want to save people time when searching for providers, but also offer them the chance to customize their events to their liking, creating unique and memorable experiences.
